Spanish for Beautiful Water, Agua Bonita is all about resort style living! Nestled on highly sought after River Road in the heart of Concan. A rare find, this gated family compound includes 4 separate, but connected retreats designed to give guests the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. Lush gardens are tucked discreetly behind high privacy fencing of swaying palms trees and fragrant colorful blossoms of tropical flowers overlooking distant mountain views.

Step under the white rock archway thorough ancient 300 year old Mexican wooden doors to paradise! Cool off in the crystal clear aquamarine deep water swimming pool, with stunning cascading waterfall adorned with bougainvillea trellising down the rock wall. Take a lazy swim under the waterfalls wide arch and at night enjoy the underwater multi-colored pool light.

Relax on elegant poolside white Tahitian cotton rattan sofas or bask in the sun with plenty of zero gravity poolside lounge chairs. Enjoy the alfresco lifestyle under the 40’ long white rock Cabana w/ smart TV, refrigerator, wet bar & bluetooth sound system. Poolside custom wrought iron dining tables with white cushions & shade umbrellas offer sublime al fresco dining.

Agua Bonita captures the timeless allure of the Frio River. The ultimate in barefoot luxury of white rock pathways that lead to multiple cozy outdoor seating areas. Cows to the front and horses to the rear of the property. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and star gazing.

The Compound
Agua Bonita is a 3 acre gated compound that sleeps 28, with 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths & outdoor shower. There are four separate retreats filled with original artwork and custom designed furnishings all with sultry San Miguel de Allende vibes.
2 Living Rooms
Two large, laid back living rooms offer comfy leather sofas, vaulted ceilings & smart TV's while Casa Bonita has a cantera stone wood burning fireplace. Whiskey barrels & cedar tree posts provide fun indoor accents.
2 Kitchens
Chefs will love the stainless gas stove & appliances. Both Casa Bonita and El Vaquero have easy flow kitchen's that are fully equipped and well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Separate utility room off Casa Bonitas kitchen has a refrigerator & commercial grade washer/dryer. A total of 4 refrigerators for serious party goers.
2 Dining Areas
Two interior dining tables provide air conditioned seating for all your family. Outside there's an additional 3 outdoor dining tables ~ 2 poolside tables are perfect for al fresco dining!
8 Bedrooms
All bedrooms are large, spacious and each uniquely designed with upscale furnishings. Three bedrooms open directly to the poolside entertainment area and 2 open onto the private courtyard, while all bedrooms have exterior French doors leading to outside entertainment areas.
Bedroom 1 - Casa Bonita - Poolside, sleeps 2.
Midnight swim? 3 steps to dive into the aquamarine swimming pool to cool off and then return to your private oasis. Each morning awaken to tropical flowers outside the french doors to your romantic Master Bedroom. Custom King size bed, armoire, chic accents and upscale bedding are all from Mexico. Ensuite bath has double sinks, large walk-in shower w/ 3 shower heads & bench seating.
Bedroom 2 - Casa Bonita - Poolside, sleeps 6.
Very large private family size retreat w/ custom queen bed, (2) twin bunk beds, lounge chairs & views of the pool from the bed. Just 3 steps from your bedroom to dive into the cool deep water pool. Lay in bed listening to the waterfall, or enjoy a dip in the pool just a few steps away.
Bedroom 3 - Casa Bonita - sleeps 6.
Cool lighting accents the bunk room, w/ (2) sets twin bunk beds & (2) twin beds. Pretty white tile bathroom w/ wall niches & shower bench seat. Opens to the courtyard.
Bedroom 4 - Casita Bonita, Pool view, sleeps 2.
Sublime 1 bed/1 bath white washed oasis with French doors, plantation shutters and extra large window overlooking mature trees and distant mountain top views. Those who sleep in this luxurious oasis will have a sublime view of the pool, waterfall and night sky. There's (2) dedicated outdoor lounge chairs, a King size bed, upscale decor, vaulted ceiling & sophisticated furnishings. Spa-like bathroom w/ vessel sinks, stone counters & extra large walk-in tile shower for two.
Bedroom 5 - Casita del Sol, sleeps 4.
Step thru French doors into this romantic 1 bed/1 bath white-washed oasis overlooking mature trees and distant mountain top views. This seductive getaway has a King size bed with upscale bedding, vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters, wood floors and ensuite bathroom. There's also a twin bunk bed tucked into an alcove.
Vaquero -
Vaquero is a Spanish style 3 bedroom, one bath retreat has the 2nd full size kitchen with island bar and sturdy wrought iron bar stools. Large picture window overlooking mature trees and mountain tops views. Vaulted ceiling, Saltillo tile floor and full bath with cream tile shower. Four (4) sets of French doors lead to (2) covered porches, one off each bedroom, with comfortable outdoor furniture.
Bedroom 6 - Vaquero, sleeps 2.
This sultry private bedroom has a huge king size bed, luxurious faux fur bedding, upscale furnishings, lounge area and dramatic mood lighting. Designed for those serious about escaping the world and reconnecting with your partner.
Bedroom 7 - Vaquero, sleeps 2.
Cute custom built-in twin bunk bed with upscale bedding that's tucked into an niche alcove, with an exterior french door leading to a covered patio.
Bedroom 8 - Vaquero, sleeps 4.
You'll never want to leave the massive Tommy Bahama four poster King size bed draped with faux fur bedding and safari mosquito netting. Large open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, with vaulted ceiling, leather sofas, Saltillo tile and dining table. Twin bunk bed for additional guests.

Underwater colored pool light & lots of party lights huge on majestic oak trees adds to nighttime ambience. A gated, circular driveway holds all your trucks, tubes & trailers. Two (2) charcoal smokers will please any grill master. Corn hole, volleyball, tether ball, bocce, horse shoes, darts, bikes, fire pit, & multiple wooden swings throughout the property. Cantera stone water fountain.

Guests bring their own linens or we can provide for an additional fee.

  The concept of the vacation home is amazing, the indoor and out door layout was inviting and well rounded. We enjoyed the pool and the sound system and the cabana was perfect. The one thing I was disappointed in was the lighting... no light in the house, even when we turned on the little lighting., that was power and opened the windows their was a dark feeling in the house and the coffee pot, we didn’t snap to ask for a new one until the last day. Other than that the house was great!!!!
