River House
The historic River House is the cornerstone of the Estate & provides comfort for every generation. Built from rocks pulled out of the Frio River, vintage hardwood floors, bead board ceilings & plantation shutters that capture the morning sunlight, yet offer cool shade in the evening. Comfortable indoor dining tables seat 18. The quaint breakfast kitchen #1 has vaulted ceilings, gas stove & stainless appliances. There's a Texas-sized full bath & another 1/2 bath in the utility room. Huge Master bedroom w/ original wood floors, romantic 4 poster King bed & custom twin built-in bunk beds. Kids daybed is tucked into an alcove.

The Cabin
Covered sitting porch off a private romantic, whitewashed Cottage. Floor-to-ceiling white rock fireplace, wood floors,16’ vaulted ceiling, wooden beams & open air river rock shower. Mountaintop & pool views from a wall of windows. Romantic 4 poster King size bed & upscale antiques. Whitewashed twin bed tucked into an alcove. Ensuite bathroom. Frio River rock foundation. Perfection!

The Barn
White & bright, this exceptional retreat has a 2nd commercial grade kitchen, wood floors, vaulted ceilings & (2) sets of French doors overlooking the pool. There's 3 stainless gas ovens, 4 sinks, 6 burner gas range & HUGE center island to make large scale family meals a breeze. The covered porch has a dining table overlooking the pool & tropical landscaping. Outdoor sound system & romantic night time lighting. Private bedroom has vaulted ceiling, w/ 2 twin bunk beds. Pretty bathroom w/ river rock shower & wood floors.

The Pool House
Step thru French doors into a romantic, private, white-washed oasis. King size 4 poster bed, vaulted ceilings & wood floors. Large spa-like ensuite bath w/ marble sinks & floor-2-ceiling tile shower.

The Bunk House
White, bright & upscale. Vaulted ceiling, wood floors, 2 twin bunk beds w/ large, handsome ensuite bath & spacious tile shower.

Linens (sheets & towels) can be provided 4 an additional fee.

Outside Fun
(2) kayaks, ping pong, pool toys, treehouse, tetherball, dart board, tree swing, corn hole, giant jenga, giant dominos, horseshoes & custom white rock fire pit. Outdoor shower, colored pool light & party lights above huge majestic oak trees adds nighttime ambience. A gated, circular driveway will hold all your trucks, tubes & trailers. Two (2) charcoal smokers will please any grill master.

Whether you decide to take a nap in the hammock, gather on a covered porch(s) or relax by the sparkling deep pool on white tahitian cotton Pottery Barn outdoor furniture, you'll love the blissful scenery.   This place is amazing! It has everything you need to feel right at home. The outdoor experience is magical especially at night with all of the beautiful lights in the trees. It makes the atmosphere so calming. Especially when you lay in the hammock and relax. You don't need to spend time inside when you have so much to do outside! I recommend this property 10/10!

  Nice place. Should warn that the AC can’t be turned below 74 and only two normal beds are available. There is a twin bed as well, but the rest of the accommodations for sleeping are small bunks. One family left after one night because of the bunks. Very beautiful property. Needed more thought in how to arrange sleeping for normal sized people. It is also located on a street where buses start traveling at 6am to bus tubers to and from the river so you will wake up early.

  First year to have a family reunion vacation. We all had an amazing time. The rental was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were also amazing. We just loved it all. The walk to the river was short distance but a great spot Especially for the kids. The management team were super friendly and welcoming, they made our stay totally worth it. We will definitely be back next year maybe with more family so we will be looking for a bigger rental to make one more year a memorable one.
