Rusty Rio is a large rustic home set under large oak trees with distant mountain views. Raised edge swimming pool, cabana and alfresco entertainment area. High fenced pool area, with lots of poolside furniture. Patio is not overlooked with party lights, a 2nd refrigerator for all your drinks and smart TV for music or baseball games.

There's a large covered patio with lots of comfortable, upscale outdoor furniture for dining, bar and lounge area that lets you really enjoy the mountain views while relaxing with friends and family. Watch as deer bed down in the yard.

Lovely kitchen, perfect great room with rock fireplace and vaulted ceiling. New ice maker for cocktails by the pool. The upstairs loft bunk room make this property very popular! A fun place to gather with family and friends, just a 2 minute to drive to the 2nd crossing on the Frio River.

There's plenty of wild deer that bed down at night and eat during the day. Very private, Rusty Rio sits privately on a quiet country lane only a block off River Road and looks out over Cat Claw mountain. There is the main two story house and and a separate one story guest house gives families the ultimate in flexibility. All bedrooms are large & spacious.

As great as the inside is, the outside is where everyone will want to be. The raised edge swimming pool, horseshoe pit, charcoal barbeque, fire pit and poolside lounge area are the ultimate destination for relaxing. Lots of parking, with 2 covered spaces and an electric charging station.

This neighborhood is safe for young kids to walk, bike and hike. Just a few minute drive to shopping, live music venues and 18 hole golf course.

Come for the super close location to float the Frio River, party pool, mountain views and great times!
