All rooms are spacious, with vaulted ceilings, fans and stained concrete floors. Exceptional in every way, all rooms have picturesque valley & mountain views, but the wide inviting front porch will be your destination at sunrise and sunset. From the carved bear on the front porch, to the large bird feeder station and owner-provided deer corn to feed your all new wildlife friends, Valley View is a sweet spot for family fun. Located near the 2nd crossing, which is the most popular Frio River crossing and in the heart of Concan.

Superb country charm interior design, the open floor plan has cool stamped concrete floors, vaulted cedar plank ceilings and custom river rock fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, with a large central island perfect for prepping all your meals. There's abundant seating for everyone at the breakfast bar, island, dining room table, living room and dedicated game table. On the front porch enjoy the long range mountain views eating on the picnic table or relax on any of the outside chairs.

There are large, private 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the home, each with (1) Queen bed and (1) Double/Double bunk bed. Each bedroom sleeps 6 and together both bedrooms sleeps a total of 12. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with walk-in glass shower door, custom tile and granite countertops.

Exceptional Frio River decor includes antique theatre seats, leather fringed dining table, tractor wall decor and a full size canoe light over the dining room table! Everywhere you look you'll find thoughtful, stylish and grand designs that make this luxurious Lodge exceptional in every way.

There's a Texas style BBQ & a charcoal smoker that will feed the entire family after floating all day. Plenty of outdoor seating to star gaze while making s’mores on the over-sized fire pit. The kids (and adults) will love seeing wild turkey, deer and lots of birds.
