When you arrive at this two story beauty nestled on the side of a ridge check out the forever views across the Frio River Valley. Surrounded by cedar, cypress and oak trees, this laid back double gated Lodge sits quietly back off a country lane.

Only a 2 minute drive to the Frio River at Magers Crossing. Not overlooked, Aqua Paradise is a perfect place for those wanting privacy with plenty of outdoor relaxation areas and super close to the Frio River.

Enjoying star gazing next to a blazing fire in the custom outdoor wood fire pit or glass propane fire pit. There's plenty of lounge chairs, tables and for the grill master there's an outdoor charcoal smoker for tasty barbecue. Cabana has sink, frig and large tv.

Hang on to your Stetson when you see the Texas sized outdoor covered deck(s) that have plenty of furniture and room for everyone to relax. Long distant views from downstairs and upstairs porches. Perfect for alfresco living!

Open concept living/kitchen/dining room with dining table that holds 10. The fabulous two story living room has a wall of windows overlooking the mountains and pool. Comfortable leather sofas, cowhide circular coffee table and cowhide rug. Extra large smart TV ready for your streaming.

Look out at the stunning mountain views while making family meals from the magnificent chef's kitchen that has granite countertops and stunning island bar with built-in pancake griddle.

Tons of custom cabinetry with built in microwave, oven with downdraft, griddle with downdraft and handy pot filler. Walk in food pantry. 2 refrigerators and plenty of space to prepare family size meals.
