Surrounded by cedar, cypress and oak trees, this laid back 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom lodge sits on 2 acres, sleeps 16 and off a quiet country lane close to the Frio River at Mager's Crossing. Not overlooked, this is a perfect home for those wanting privacy, super close to the Frio River and plenty of outdoor relaxation areas.

There's plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables and poolside umbrellas. For the grill master there's an outdoor charcoal smoker for tasty barbecue. Outside fun starts with horseshoes, corn hole and tetherball.

Hang on to your Stetson when you see the Texas sized, outdoor covered decks have plenty of room for everyone to relax or for al fresco dining. Perfect alfresco living! Watch your favorite sports teams or listen to music on the outdoor tv while relaxing under the night time party lights, perfect for the entire family. Form an expedition hike to the top of the hill for expansive views of Old Baldy at Garner State Park.

Living room has a two story wall of window looking out over the mountains. 30' Vaulted ceiling, leather sofa's, large screen smart tv.

Kitchen is outstanding with granite bar with 6 bar stools. Griddle with downdraft, stove with downdraft and pot filler over the stove. Builtin microwave, stainless refrigerator, plenty of custom cabinets.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 1 - Pool, Mountain View.
Superb master suite, with exterior door that leads directly to the pool. King bed, upscale furnishings, smart tv, ensuite bath with marble counters, marble shower and custom cabinetry in huge walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 - Mountain View.
Off the living room bedroom 2 has King bed and smart tv. Exterior door leading to private patio overlooking mountain range.

Bedroom 4 (Loft)
Bunkbed has 2 Twin beds on bottom and a Queen on top. Smart tv. Open to the vaulted living room below.

Guests must walk thru Bedroom 5 to get to Bedroom 6. Queen bed over King bunk bed. Smart tv.
